We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Interac e-Transfer or cash.

All fees include transportation costs within the City of Winnipeg, for appointments outside of the service area please contact us for fees.

$50.00 - Initial True Copy Certification

$25.00 - Subsequent True Copy Certifications (new document, same appointment)

$10.00 - Additional True Copy Certifications (same document, same appointment)

$50.00 - Certificate Provided (prior notice required)

$50.00 - Initial notarization of an original document

$25.00 - Subsequent notarization of an original document (new document, same appointment)

$10.00 - Notarized copies of an original document (same document, same appointment)

$100.00 - Notarization of all pages of a Passport

A witnesses can be provided for $25.00

Bulk discounts available for 7+ copies of a single document

We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 convenience fee for the following:

Cancellations with less than 1 hour notice
If upon arrival our notary is unable to complete their services due to document errors (incomplete documents, documents being signed prior to the notary’s arrival etc.)
